 TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION FEE'S POSTED ON THE BALLFIELDS AT CRAIG RANCH WEB SITE REFLECT THE $25 TEAM DISCOUNT FOR TEAMS WHO HAVE REGISTERED WITH THE SUPER SERIES NATIONAL OFFICE.Registration/Entry Deadline is 5:00 p.m. on the Friday, One Week Prior to the tournament start date.  Once the deadline passes the teams that secured their place (Entered) in the tournament with payment, will be scheduled to play. Teams on the Who's Coming listing will not be scheduled to play.Once your team has been Entered (Paid) you will need to fax a copy of the Tournament Entry Form, most recent Super Series Roster, Proof of Insurance and Tournament Exemption Form to the Ballfields at Craig Ranch office at 972-747-9231. Note: Your registration is not complete until we receive payment and the required documents prior to the Friday deadline. •Teams that have played in tournaments at The Ballfields at Craig Ranch must re-submit all paperwork for each tournament entered.Teams must register with Super Series Baseball on-line by visiting the following web site: www.superseriesbaseball.com/register.html  Super Series Roster changes must be made online at:  www.superseriesbaseball.com/changes.html  SUPER SERIES AND THE BALLFIELDS AT CRAIG RANCH TOURNAMENT ENTRY REFUND POLICIES:•Any team dropping from a tournament 2 weeks before the scheduled   tournament date will receive credit for a future tournament.•Teams withdrawing from a tournament after the brackets have been posted will lose their tournament entry fee.POOL & BRACKET GAME TIMES WILL BE POSTED AFTER 8:00 P.M WEDNESDAY NIGHT PRIOR TO THE TOURNAMENT.
Admission Guidelines:·         Gate Fee's:  Per Person $7.00 Weekend Pass, $5.00 Daily Pass, 65 or over $5.00 weekend pass no daily pass and children 5 and under are free.GATES OPEN 1 HOUR PRIOR TO FIRST SCHEDULED GAME
        ·         No outside food is allowed in the facility. No coolers are allowed in the facility. The Ballfields at Craig Ranch provides one 5 gallon water cooler with ice water for every dugout.
        ·         Each team is responsible for providing non-Styrofoam cups.
Exception: Whereby a cooler is required for documented medical purposes
