REGISTRATION AND ENTRY DEADLINE
Registration/Entry Deadline is 5:00 p.m. on the JULY 18TH for the Super 16 National Championship.
Once your team has been Entered (Paid) you will need to fax a copy of the Tournament Entry Form, most recent Super Series Roster, Proof of Insurance to the Ballfields at Craig Ranch office at 972-747-9231. NOTE: YOUR REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL WE RECEIVE ALL PAYMENT AND ALL REQUIRED PAPERWORK PRIOR TO THE JULY 18th DEADLINE.
ENTRY REFUND POLICIES:
•Any team dropping from the tournament 2 weeks before the scheduled tournament start date will not receive a refund on Tournament Entry.

•GATES OPEN 1 HOUR PRIOR TO FIRST SCHEDULED GAME.
•No outside food or No Coolers are allowed in the facility. No coolers are allowed in the facility.
The Ballfields at Craig Ranch provide one 5 gallon water cooler with ice cold water for every dugout.
Each team is responsible for providing non-Styrofoam cups.
Exception: Whereby a cooler is required for documented medical purposes.
